If Nutritional Therapy is what you're looking for then we'll arrange an appointment to suit you and send you a nutrition questionnaire and food diary to complete and return before your consultation.

If you're comfortable with computers and the Internet we can send the questionnaire by email or you can download it from here. You can also fill it in on your computer and return it by email.

Consultations usually take place in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere at convenient clinic locations in Bristol, Bath and Gloucestershire.

The first consultation usually lasts around 1¼ hours. It includes:

In-depth analysis of your medical history, lifestyle and diet
Explanation of your health issues
Discussion of any diagnostic tests that might be useful
Creation of your personalised nutritional programme.

Diet and lifestyle changes are negotiated with you to ensure they are achievable and sustainable for you. Often vitamin or mineral supplements are recommended to accelerate the healing process.

The initial programme is monitored and reviewed after 4 to 6 weeks at a follow-up consultation that usually lasts 45 minutes. Further follow-up consultations may be necessary, depending on what you are aiming to achieve. Telephone and email support is also available throughout the programme and is included in the price.

Home Consultations

Consultations can also take place in clients homes if travel to one of the clinics is inconvenient or difficult. This option is available in Bath, Bristol, Cardiff, Cheltenham, Chepstow, Cirencester, Gloucester, Monmouth, Newport, Stroud, Tetbury, Thornbury and surrounding areas.

First consultation: £55 + travel costs

Follow-ups: £45 each + travel costs

It is preferable to have the initial consultation in person. However, if neither a clinic or a home consultation is possible, then a telephone consultation could be the solution for you.
